The fire department dispatched to the scene carried out a rescue operation using 11 pieces of equipment and 54 people.
About an hour later, at around 8:52 am, Mr. A boarded the gondola on the 73rd floor and entered the building and was rescued.
It is said that Mr. A was equipped with minimal equipment at the time of the climb.
