In an interview after the match, Kim Min-byeol said, “I didn’t expect to finish with such a good score.” Next, he said about missing the birdie putt on the last 18th hole, “I didn’t have to be greedy to make a birdie. But before I putt, my caddy told me that if I recorded a birdie this time, I would break the course record, so I think I was conscious of it without even realizing it.” Joo-mi Lee and Seung-hee Noh, who shot a 5-under-par 67, tied for second place.

Park Hyun-kyung, who continued her good mood by tying for 6th at the Lotte Rent-a-Car Women’s Open held in Jeju last week, also rose to 4th place alone with a 4 under par 68 strokes. Park Hyun-kyung said, “Certainly, her overall condition is better than her last season. “She was also very satisfied with her battery training,” she said. Park Min-ji, Park Do-eun, Ha Min-song, and Lee Ga-young, who won the most wins in the KLPGA over the past two years, tied for 5th with a 3-under par, and Lee Ye-won, who lifted her first championship last week, tied for 9th with a 2-under par.
